• Verification of the technical requirements of the project;
• Preparation and verification of list quantities;
• Preparation of list materials;
• Obtaining tender prices for items from the materials list;
• Evaluation of prices;
• Assessment of workforce and equipment;
• Estimation of indirect costs;
• Participation in negotiation with the client;
• Attending project meetings (internal, design, coordination, with the customer, with the customer’s consultant);
• Estimate price of works;
• Preparation of tender dossiers.
• Coordination of tender preparation;
• Preparation of technical documents;
• Evaluation of supplementary works that appear in the course of carrying out the contract;
• Evaluation of remedial works that may arise in the project.
• Construction Engineer
• At least 3 years experience in civil works & building, tendering, cost estimating, budgeting, preferable in an international company (international tendering format based on schedule of rates)
• Very good knowledge of construction works and materials prices on the market
• Good command of the technical English language
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel especially)
