• Verificarea lunara :
- A numerarului existent in casierie
- Prin sondaj a inchiderii deconturilor in contabilitate
- A inregistrarilor efectuate de contabilii subordonati pe toate conturile de cheltuieli, in colaborare cu Contabilul Senior
- A fiselor de cont intocmite de catre contabilii din aria sa de responsabilitate
• Informarea despre toate implicatiile fiscale legate de inregistrarile contabile din aria de responsabilitate
• Inregistrarea facturilor de cost repartizate
• Inregistrarea la sfarsitul fiecarei luni a provizioanelor in colaborare cu Contabilul Senior
• Analizarea tranzactiilor din aria de responsabilitate si asigurarea suportului necesar contabililor din subordine astfel incat acestia sa respecte termenele de inchidere si sa evite erorile in cadrul activitatii
• Participa alaturi de Contabilul Senior la analiza deviatiilor dintre cheltuielile si veniturile actuale si cele bugetate
• Participa alaturi de Contabilul Sef la efectuarea tuturor operatiunilor necesare inchiderii lunare.
• Studii Superioare Economice absolvite
• Bune abilitati de operare PC ( Microsoft Office); SAP este considerat un avantaj
• Cunostinte a regulilor fiscale si a celor de contabilitate RAS
• Abilitati de munca in echipa si de respectare a dead-line-urilor
• Atentie la detaliu si simt analitic dezvoltat
• Capacitate de organizare, sistematizare si coordonare
• Bune cunostinte de limba engleza (scris si vorbit)
• Experienta anterioare de minimum 3 ani
