RESPONSABILITATI

Project Definition
• Agree overall budget.
• Identify cost limits.
• Produce major budget headings.
• Agree budget with client.

Construction
• Perform interim valuations.
• Evaluate variations.
• Control changes.
• Update cash flows.
• Report financial progress to the client.
• Manage claims and negotiations.
• Ensure that contract documents are signed and sealed.
• Cost control.

Handover
• Prepare final account.
• Conduct cost analysis and report findings.
• Develop life-cycle costing.
• Manage final payment negotiations with the client and subcontractors.

Other
• Cooperation with other team members.
• Carry out performance reviews with their subordinates.
• Inform regularly his superior about all progressed in his activities / fulfilment of entrusted tasks.
• Obtain information about potential clients and projects.
• Establish and maintain local law legislation and company Health and Safety standards on the sites, use Health and Safety tools.
