Our customer is a major international real estate developer, active in the residential segment. The Bucharest office coordinates operations across South-Eastern Europe. On their behalf, we are now welcoming applications from dynamic and motivated professionals for the position of Cost Accountant / Analyst.
The Cost Accountant / Analyst will be assigned to one major real estate development project, with the purpose of ensuring effective liaison between the Finance Manager and relevant third parties (suppliers and bookkeeping firms).
Responsibilities will include:
- maintaining daily bookkeeping
- checking and splitting costs per cost centers
- making regular payments
- controlling and monitoring contracts with suppliers
- working closely with the Investment Analyst for regular cash flow update
Suitable candidates shall demonstrate the following:
- University diploma in Economics/Accounting
- Experience of min. 2 years with bookkeeping
- Fluency in English
- Detail oriented and dynamic personality; willingness to learn
