Job description:
The position will be within Cost Department of the European region Shared Service Center of the Company, Recognize sales revenue & cost for one or more European subsidiaries. Specific areas of job description include the following.
- Supporting ERP system is built on Oracle Applications – Financial Suite, integrated with Purchasing, Inventory and Order Management.
- Main responsibility regards the recognition of sales revenue & cost based on group policy and local GAAP, providing support to local financial staff for reporting and auditing.
- The candidate will get training regarding both group policy and ERP operation, as well as about local specific requirements
- Job will be based in Bucharest office, but some business trips for 1 to 4 weeks abroad might be required,usually no more than twice per year. If available and necessary, it could be more.
Job requirements:
Specific key responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit monthly ,weekly ,even daily sales revenue & cost data ;
- Provide feedback to business department and other department questions and requirements;
- Analysis for sales margin and abnormal cost rate of contract;
- Coordinate the reconciliation between sub－ledgers and general ledger; preparing monthly reconciliation reports between GL and sub－ledgers;
- Accounting data from CST module of Oracle ERP checking on daily, weekly and monthly basis;
- Analysis for transaction activity and balance reasonability;
- Prepare specific of adjusting accounting journals;
- Analysis for cost and revenue figure based on Oracle ERP reporting system;
- Work with external auditors as needed;
- Planning and implementing daily/weekly/monthly routines for CST work, as well as for the related sub－ledgers work;
- Actively involving in department projects related to activity efficiency and quality improvement.
- Education: graduate in finance & accounting.
- Good control of English, including commercial & accounting in both speaking and writing
- Work experience: at least 2 years in accounting area
- Experience in a ERP System will be a +. If Oracle:++
- Familiar with working knowledge of manufacturing in the electronics industry will be an asset
- Familiar with actual costing, manufacturing variances knowledge
- Good computer skills (excel, word, power point),If have Visual FoxPro program skill or SQL skill will be ++;
- Good communication skills and team work spirit
- Available for business trips
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
