-Responsible for ensuring the completeness and accuracy of the accounting documents;
- Supervises the flow of documents related to the stocks;
- Supervises the consumption of raw materials;
- Supervises the production flow;
- Follows that all delivery notes are invoiced according with Romanian law;
- Keeps up to date with changes in local accounting and tax legislation and informs superiors on the changes;
- Prepares the cost and stock accounting reports and any other required documents;
- Ensures the data computation on Navision soft.
- Keeps contact with local and foreign suppliers related to the stock documents;
- University degree in economics or accounting;
- 2+ years working experience in a similar position;
- Excellent computer skills- MS Office, ERP System (Navision is a plus);
- Very good knowledge of English;
- Business minded, with an analytical and structural way of thinking;
- Initiative, solution and action oriented;
- Reliable person able to assume responsibility.
