The position is based at the BitDefender HQs in Bucharest.
You'll be required to resolve technical issues in a timely fashion and be responsible for the provision of the highest levels of product expertise within BitDefender technical support. Also you will interact constructively with BitDefender software development teams and security experts in order to deliver the highest customer services.
As Corporate Supporter, you¿ll enjoy a youthful work environment while enriching your portfolio with a worldwide technical support experience and act like common escalation point for our support branches world wide.
- prove proficiency in foreign languages, the more, the better. ENGLISH is a must and GERMAN, SPANISH or FRENCH are competitive advantages;
- strong skills for installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Windows and Linux Desktop and Server;
- good understanding of network protocols TCP/IP and HTTP, FTP, SMTP, POP3, IMAP, DHCP;
- previous experience of LAN and WAN environments and for configuring and troubleshooting email-based systems (MTA);
- excellent verbal and written communication skills, fast-learner, agile, dynamic, energetic and customer service-driven;
- work both independently and as part of a team, and have a flexible approach to your work;
- possess strong personal organisational skills.
