Send/receive and process specific requests to/from brokers and banks (portofolio information, due/overdue payments, due commissions, details about products);
Follow-up on partnership contracts and brokers authorizations;
Issue monthly reports to brokers (commissions, due payments, contracts' statute);
Administrative tasks such as: answering telephone calls, sending/receiving faxes, sending e-mails (contracts, leaflets, brochures);
University graduate;
1 year experience in insurance business;
Very good communication skills;
Good command of English;
Proficiency in using PC;
