RESPONSABILITATI

Working within a small, multicultural team of Corporate Banking professionals who originate transactions across Romania;

Operating as a member of the business promotion team with prime responsibility for originating, analysing and closing transactions;

Identifying and originating new business opportunities among Public and Private Romanian/International Corporate and Large Corporate in accordance with the Business Plan;

Helping achieving the objective of the Branch as set by General Management;

Working with marketing offers in underwriting of potential Corporate, Structured and Project Finance transactions;

Taking a major role in the production of credit applications, including financial modelling;

Dealing with all aspects of the credit approval process, including risk analysis, documentation, closing, liaising with other banks and external advisors;

Attending bank meetings, sponsor presentations, etc and liaising with external advisors as appropriate;

Ensuring that correct procedures are in place to monitor/control credit and market risks;

Draft due diligence reports, Term Sheets and recommendations in English;

Negotiating transaction documentation, supporting the organisation’s legal team;

Managing and executing transaction processes;

Working on preparation of loan agreements and fulfilment of conditions precedent;

Following the performance of the transactions in general, with special care of Covenants and Events of Default set forth in the loan agreements;

Keeping abreast of relevant market practices, products and processes;

Assisting on other tasks within the team as required.


CERINTE

Ample understanding of the Corporate lending and adequate of the Syndication and Project Finance processes;

Origination, structuring and execution experience;

Background in banking or finance environment is essential;

Degree qualified and MBA desirable;

High levels of numeracy and writing skills;

Enough experience in managing transactions and in presenting them to management and credit committees;

Pro activeness, autonomy and ability to work within a multi-cultural team;

Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours in times of high workload;

Fluency in English;

Knowledge of Spanish is a plus;

Another EU language would be an added value.
