- Head of Real Estate Desk (in case of Real Estate Workout Officer position)
Main responsibilities of the jobs:
- Manage the relationship with the clients classified by the credit committees as being non-real estate or real estate workout cases;
- Assess the financial situation of workout companies experiencing difficulties in covering its debt service towards the Bank;
- Evaluating corporate viability, developing financial models and restructuring plans, implementing strategies to ensure the maximum recoverability of the Bank’s exposure from the borrower;
- Recommends and drives the negotiating and restructuring strategies on workout transactions in co-operation with the legal, analysis, evaluation and sales divisions;
- Timely execution of internal reporting to ensure hands-on and pro-active management of assigned workout loan portfolio ;
- Responsible for timely and accurate processing, submitting for relevant credit committee approval and prioritization of workout proposals ;
- Monitor the implementation of approved workout strategies.
- At least 2 years experience in Lending and / or Restructuring;
- Experience with credit (re-)structuring, legal aspects and security structures ;
- Excellent analytical skills both qualitative and quantitative;
- Attention to details, organizational and prioritization skills, responsibility.

La 11 aprilie 2000 fuziunea Bancii Ioniene a fost aprobata prin absorbtie de catre Alpha Credit Bank.
Denumirea noii banci, rezultata in urma fuziunii, este Alpha Bank.
