RESPONSABILITATI

On this role, you will promote call centre solutions to corporations.
You will:
• Place outbound calls to prospect potential customers, asses their call center or collections needs, introduce the company’s services over the phone and following up with the leads to close the sale
• Maintain communication between our company and existing or potential customers, via various communication channels;
• Maintain e-mail communication between our company and potential customers;
• Reaching both qualitative and quantitative targets as established and communicated by the supervisor.

Your skills & personality:
• Advanced English speaking and writing skills; "acceptable" is not acceptable
• Willingness to work on an afternoon shift (16.00 - 01.00), as most of our potential clients are in the USA
• Excellent telephone conversation and listening skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Politeness, patience and persuasiveness
• Client oriented.
