RESPONSABILITATI

As an Assistant Corporate Marketing Manager, you will handle the strategic Brand communication planning process.

As an Assistant Corporate Marketing Manager, you will handle the strategic Brand communication planning process, negotiate the lowest possible media costs, achieve optimal implementation and execution of all communications plans, train the Brand Management on brand communications matters, and initiate research to develop P&G exclusive learnings.

JOB SCOPE
- You will report to the Media and Corporate Marketing Associate Director to whom you will recommend the courses of action
- Work closely with the brand teams including Assistant Brand Managers and Brand Managers, as well as other departments of Procter & Gamble, such as Accounting / Finance, Purchasing, Marketing Research, External Relations
- Work closely with all communications agencies of P&G, assigned with communications planning, media buying, direct marketing, below-the-line projects
- Work closely with P&G's communications partners an d suppliers such as TV and radio stations, print media groups, interactive media, others
- Cover Romania as well as other Balkan countries such as Bulgaria, Serbia and Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, and others.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will lead and coordinate efforts across Brand Management, communication planning and creative agencies to develop the best integrated communication strategies and plans for the P&G Brands
- You will lead an effort to achieve a competitive advantage in the media purchases area by negotiating lowest possible media costs for mass and / or any other media. Builds a strong business relationship with the key contacts at media suppliers to secure long-term competitive advantage. All buying results must be continuously benchmarked against best available outside data to ensure the Company is achieving the best and continuously improving results.
- You will lead the continuous improvement of industry owned media researches and initiates P&G proprietary media researches with the support of the P&G Marketing Rese4arch Department
- You will be the primary contact between the Company and its media / communications agencies.


CERINTE

- University graduate, with excellent English skills and ability to travel in the Balkan region
- Strong leadership - you will have to be able to create a vision, engage others and enable the P&G Marketing and Media communities including the media agencies to contribute their best and deliver the vision
- Very strong strategic and analytical thinking / problem solving
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Priority setting.
