CFM ensures financial and in-kind resources needed for the activities of assistance of families in great need of decent shelter in Romania.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well known, Christian national charity, one of the main NGO organizations nationwide.
This is a critical role and hands-on job for the organization. The post holder will liaise with the executive director and report to the RD Director to develop the charity's Corporate Fund raising activity.
Bachelor's Degree
Experience in Fund raising, Sales, Corporate Affairs of minimum 3 years
Good communicator
Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to persuade, network and negotiate effectively at senior levels.
Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines;
Ability to meet financial targets;
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Fluency in Romanian and English: written, reading, speaking
Cultural sensitivity;
Willingness to uphold Habitat’s Christian mission and values
Good PC operating skills (MS Office)
Willingness to travel – in the affiliates with corporate volunteer teams, in country and abroad for trainings, 20-30 % of labor time.
