RESPONSABILITATI

Job function will entail:

- In-depth analysis of financial statements and of the credit profile of the Borrower;
- Interacting and networking with the customers and Branches; providing quality service to the customers through undertaking risk assessment analysis of various types of lending proposals from the straightforward to the very complex;
- Performing on-site due diligence of the borrower and working with the relevant teams involved in the lending area in order to prepare credit proposals addressed to various committees;
- Keeping abreast of different industries¿¿¿ evolution, as well as developments at the macroeconomic level.


CERINTE

- Have a minimum of 4+ year relevant work experience in financial analysis, credit analysis, audit or research with either local or international Commercial/Investment Bank and/or Big 4 & advisory companies etc.;
- Familiar with both RAS and IFRS financials;
- Masters degree, preferably in finance and/or CFA, ACCA would be an asset;
- Excellent analytical skills necessary, as well as a general understanding of the macroeconomic environment;
- Strong proficiency in financial analysis, credit risk assessment and structuring skills;
- Good level of English language, both spoken and written;
- Computer literacy (MS Office);
- Highly motivated to develop her/ his career in banking environment, specifically within credit area;
- Dynamic, with good communication and interpersonal relating skills, willing to work in a team;
- Organized and rigorous, with initiative and a positive attitude, able to meet tight deadlines and sort conflicting priorities whenever required.

In 1918 departamentul de banking al firmei J.F. Costopoulos a fost denumit Bank of Kalamata.
In 1924 Banca si-a mutat sediul la Atena, si denumirea acesteia a fost schimbata in Banque de Credit Commercial Hellenique.
In 1947 denumirea a fost schimbata in Commercial Credit Bank iar in 1972 in Credit Bank. In martie 1994 noua denumire a fost cea de Alpha Credit Bank.
In 1999 banca a achizitionat 51% din actiunile Bancii Ioniene.
La 11 aprilie 2000 fuziunea Bancii Ioniene a fost aprobata prin absorbtie de catre Alpha Credit Bank.
Denumirea noii banci, rezultata in urma fuziunii, este Alpha Bank.
