Our client’s main service lines in Corporate Finance Advisory are:
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Capital raising—private equity or capital markets
- Valuations
- Strategic and general corporate advice
- Project finance and public private partnerships
- Business modeling.
- Show track record of actual deals done; deals are defined as: Mergers & Acquisitions, privatization, finance raising (debt and equity), capital market transactions
- He/she should show authority and gravity towards the client and other actors in deals
- He/she must be proficient from a technical point of view: he/she knows financial modeling, valuations
- Excellent communication and social skills; must have impeccable written skills
- Having worked in a Corporate Finance firm (divorced from a commercial bank) is a must. International exposure is a plus
- Previous professional experience in origination is a must
- He/she should prove to be independent and able to apply adjustment

He worked as a civil servant in the House of Lords and as a political risks insurance broker in Lloyds’ of London before becoming a headhunter. In Bucharest he has been Senior Consultant for Antal International and headed KPMG’s Search and Selection Department.
