Develop detailed financial models for valuation purpose and use valuation techniques
Draft corporate finance presentations
Draft Investment cases
Assist in transaction structuring and preparing deal documentation
Assist in selecting due diligence advisors, coordinate due diligence and produce / review DD reports
Good financial modeling and analytical skills
Practical knowledge of valuation methods (i.e. DCF, trading and transaction multiples)
Understanding of basic concepts of capital markets
Experience in analysis of financial statements (IFRS)
Experience in financial and operational due diligence
Experience in drafting presentations, texts in a clear, concise and organized manner
Excellent knowledge of English
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work under stress and meet tight deadlines, problem solver, pro-active, team player, very organized, fast learner
Enrollment in CFA examination would be an advantage
