Provides administrative and secretarial support to the Administration, including dealing on a daily basis with the archive, mails, appointments, presentations, contracts and proposals, and all the inherent duties and responsibilities. Additionally, involves daily contact with the Head Office.
- Academic background compatible with the future responsibilities;
- Three years experience minimum in similar functions;
- Good oral and written English skills;
- Knowledge in Spanish and German is a plus.
- Competent with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
- Planning and organizational skills;
- Ability to solve different situations;
- Autonomous, proactive, dynamic, good personal presentation and communication skills;
- Initiative and availability for flexible working hours;
- Ability to work in a team;
