Working along with Core Services Manager to deliver Core Services across Credit Risk;
Delivery of Core Services from Bucharest;
Providing status reports, dashboards and KPIs to the Core Services Manager;
Managing and escalating issues affecting Test Environments, Releases and Remote Access;
Being able to manage a Release if required;
Identifying and escalating issues affecting the quality of releases;
Identifying and managing initiatives to improve the operation of Core Services;
Coaching, mentoring and motivating the Core Services Team in Bucharest.
Good knowledge of the technologies used – Weblogic, Unix and Oracle;
A good understanding of the software development process and quality assurance;
Knowledge of Best Practice for Release Management;
Good Project Management and Delivery Skills;
Diplomacy;
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written;
Ability to work in virtual teams and matrix structure;
Robust personality able to work calmly and well under pressure.
