-Establishes the priority of problems and requests to meet the Inter-departmental Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements;
-Communicates highly technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel;
-Creates and maintains documentation on technical procedures within a technical Knowledge Base application;
-Participate at training sessions and demonstrations together with Technical Department and other Departments;
-Helps the Marketing and Sales Teams when new products are introduced;
-Helps O&M Team in order to maintain a high quality service and security along the entire network lifetime;
-Gives technical support for the following wireless core network infrastructure (MSC, DCS, HLR, Soft Switch, Media Gateway, STP and OMC);
-On call support when it is necessary;
-Perform acceptance tests when necessary;
-On site support for site survey, installation or commissioning when necessary;
-Escalate issues that can not be solved at this level to the providers and make follow-up until they are solved (in the SLA);
-Will be involved in software upgrades and correction updates to switching elements.
-University with Specialty Computers, Electronics/Telecommunication;
-Knowledge about Microsoft Products, Unix;
-Technical knowledge in Telecommunication, Networks and Protocols (including VoIP, SS7, IMS, CDMA, 3G);
-Relevant experience in Telecom Technical Support or similar field;
-Fluency in English;
