- Having bachelor or Over degree,Communication、Computer、electron etc profession
- Very Good knowledge of the following products and solutions: network product including NGN Product, etc. he /she is preferential person
- Having better language communicating and Expression ability
- Having better customer service consciousness
- Having better team cooperation diathesis
- Fluency in English
