RESPONSABILITATI

- Responsible for advanced handling of customer service requests within the area of Core and Packet with full responsibility for lead-time and quality;
- He/she takes responsibility that WLA objectives that are being meet according to defined fault priority level;
- Communicate with sub-contractors/partners/customers as well as with various internal units and stakeholders;
- Analyze, isolate and solve complex fault issues as well as contribute to corrective actions.


CERINTE

Documented several years of experience from advanced service and/or maintenance within the requested competence areas:
- Advanced knowledge in MSC (APT/APZ), HLR (APT/APZ), IOG, MGW, GGSN,SGSN;
- True customer mindset;
- Excellent quality mind-set;
- Good communication skills;
- Experience of working in a global multicultural environment
- Excellent in written and verbal communication skills in English language is a prerequisite;
- Strong analytical and organizational skills;
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
Bachelor of science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent with minimum of 3 to 5 years of work experience.
