- Planning and implementation of promotion materials for profitable RD product mailings and tests;
- Adaptation and development of new DM promo materials (translation, writing texts, editing graphics's work, corrections) for all Product lines;
- Follow the global development of DM promo material and tailor them to the local experience;
- Creation of Ads, letters, brochures, instructions, bills, booklets and scripts;
- Cooperation with graphic, outside studio's, translators and production department;
- Get acquainted with different sweepstakes, develop and implement new ones;
- Ensure that the promo law requirements are met;
- Monitor and analyze mailing results to evaluate and direct promo materials strategy as needed for optimization of the growth in customers base and profits;
- Timely preparation (updating, maintaining, reconciling) of required reports to serve the group reporting requirements and meet strict deadlines;
- Facilitate communication flow between departments;
- Ensure quality control of promo materials.
- University degree in Romanian, Journalism, Letters, Foreign Languages or related field;
- Good command of English;
- Fluent pen, accurate in phrasing;
- Creativity and open mind;
- Problem solving abilities;
- Dynamic personality with excellent communication skills;
- Flexibility and adaptability;
- Great sense of responsibility with ability to work under pressure independently as well as in group;
-Task orientation;
- Good entrepreneurial and planning skills;
- Ability to handle multiple projects;
- Computer literate in Microsoft office applications (especially text editors), are assets of the position holder;
- Any other known language is an advantage.
