Coordonator Logistic

RESPONSABILITATI

- Este responsabil pentru programarea si indeplinirea proiectelor de livrari, receptii pentru containere si constructii modulare, montaj, demontaj.
- Face comenzile catre prestatori si coordoneaza echipele de montaj
- Face comenzile catre prestatori si coordoneaza activitatea de transport
- Este responsabil de colectarea si completarea dosarelor cu toate documentele aferente activitatii : comenzi, procese verbale, avize de expeditie, altele asemenea.
- Este responsabil pentru aprovizionarea stocurilor – face comenzile interne sau catre furnizorii externi.
- Face programarea livrarilor si a retururilor – da termenele de livrare pentru ofertele intocmite de reprezentantii de vanzari.
- Raspunde de gestiunea si administrarea parcului de containere si a depozitului.
- Intocmeste rapoartele de gestiune, de miscare a flotei si alte rapoarte solicitate.
- Intocmeste borderourile pentru centralizarea si efectuarea platilor catre subcontractori. Isi asuma sub semnatura corespondenta intre facturile emise si lucrarile efectuate. Preda borderourile spre verificare si aprobare sefului punctului de lucru.
- Coordoneaza si verifica activitatea subalternilor, a subcontractorilor si a echipelor tehnice pentru proiectele de care raspunde.
- Este direct responsabil de Respectarea : Politicii de Personal, Normelor de Protectie a muncii, Normelor PSI, Normelor pentru Protectia Mediului, etc. pentru activitatile pe care le intreprinde si in cadrul proiectelor de care raspunde.
- Propunerile si observatiile le adreseaza Directorului Punctului de Lucru.
- Raporteaza catre Directorul Punctului de Lucru conform sistemului de raportare.
- Are orice alte responsabilitati agreate de comun acord cu Directorul Punctului de Lucru.
