• Handing over the set of documents essential to commission designing, received from renting to the department to Investment in Poland according to the schedule and principles of the cooperation
• After receiving architectural projects, getting the acceptance of plans from the Centre and commissioning trade projects as well as looking them after prompt nesses;
• Assessment of the correctness of prepared trade projects;
• Preparing the building schedule;
• Seeking new service providers and materials;
• Commissioning works to subcontractors;
• Control of the quality and progress of building works according to the schedule and the LPP standard;
• Synchronization of supplies to building sites;
• Managing the exploitation of store;
• Holding of the technical infrastructure existing objects;
• Conducting cost analyses by construction of living rooms abroad and sending settlements of costs;
• The care of the entirety of works having the influence on the quality, the promptness and the cost of works;
• Close cooperation with Cannon of Investment in Poland.
Requirement for candidate:
1. University degree in Construction;
2. Previous work experience at least 2 years (recommendatory in project management);
3. Very good skills working with computer and its programs (MS Office, MS Project);
6. Accuracy and reliability;
7. Readiness for a team-work;
8. Very good English language skills (in speaking and writing).
