- Mentinerea relatiei cu trainerii, cu conducerea companiei si cu celelalte departamente in scopul stabilirii politicilor si strategiei Centrului de training
- Centralizarea tematicilor de curs de la traineri si furnizori
- Promovarea Centrului de training catre clienti si furnizori
- Organizarea efectiva a cursurilor (planificare sali, anuntarea participantilor, centralizarea confirmari, pregatirea materialelor, relatia cu firmele de catering)
- Studii superioare
- Minim 2 ani de experienta in unul din urmatoarele domenii: marketing, vanzari, administrativ in cadrul unei firme de servicii
- Limba engleza – nivel mediu
- Foarte bune abilitati de comunicare
- Foarte bune abilitati de organizare
- Foarte bune cunostinte de utilizare a calculatorului (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet Explorer)
Starting the business in 1991 with a team of 5 enthusiastic people, Tornado now employs over 200 professionals specialized in different fields of marketing, sales, technical support and logistics. Even at its inception, the company structured itself so as to effectively respond to market demands.
