RESPONSABILITATI

Build up a countrywide, partner based, repair/warranty network, which benefits from existing and growing business potentials;
- Establishes, develops and maintains the overall services portfolio;
- Identifies best choice partners to participate and join the network based on regional coverage, available skills and readiness to invest into the business opportunities;
- Implements and executes authorization processes for partners;
- Negotiates contracts, terms & conditions and business opportunities;
Directs and develops repair/warranty activities and programs using the network of partners;
- Manages and interprets end-user requirements - listen to end-users and partners and use astute questioning to understand, anticipate and exceed their needs;
- Ensure proper service level of escaladed warranty claims as necessary;
- Initiates marketing activities, develops trainings plans, attending business related events;
- Develops and maintains communication with potential, new and current partners in order to facilitate future sales opportunities;
Plans and establishes network goals, ensuring goals are met;
- Develops budget, analyses costs and sales to ensure achievement of goals and objectives;
- Responsible for network partners resource allocation, including budget and personnel;
- Keeps executive-level management informed of progress and problems;
- Keeps track of statistics and progress of business and prepares reports;
Provides support material and relevant data for other members of the team and meets regularly with other members of the team and colleagues from a range of departments, such as, purchasing, sales, quality, and senior company managers.


CERINTE

Bachelor's degree in technical field and/or additional education in business, sales, marketing or equivalent training in business or sales management
Seven to ten years of sales experience with two or more years in field sales operations management and two or more years experience in IT after-sales customer support
Excellent knowledge of ITC market, ITC services, portfolios and service level agreements as well as outstanding selling skills
Effective management skills with ability to independently manage business projects
Excellent time management skills, communication, decision-making, human relations, presentation and organization skills
Professional appearance and presentation required
Software applications like Microsoft Office, Project Management Software SAP etc.
