RESPONSABILITATI

Carries out the daily checks on the correlations related to the trial balance;
Ensures the accuracy and completeness of accounting data transferred from an accounting subsystem to the core accounting system;
Ensures the checking of FX deviation used in the banking operations, monitors and investigates the differences and solves them;
Ensures the checking of the back/future value date transactions, monitors and investigates the differences and solves them;
Ensures the checking of the manual transactions performed in the income and expenses accounts, excepting the ones performed on the credit of income accounts;
Ensures the balance confirmation by the business units, monitors and solves the identified differences, according with the internal procedure;
Regularly prepares the reports required by the group control;
Regularly presents to its direct manager the conclusions derived from the reconciliation action and internal control and proposes measures with a view to limiting related risks and to implementing / updating necessary internal controls.


CERINTE

Economic University Degree
Knowledge of banking operations and banking accounting - more than 2 years
Experience working ERP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, Visio, Power point)
English language - written and spoken
Responsible person, meticulous with initiative, able to work under stress and meet deadlines
Thinking and analytical capacity of synthesis
Ability to meet and work with information systems
Opportunity for written references
