- University degree in Economics;
- Preferably ACCA qualification;
- Fair understanding of both banking and insurance business;
- Fair degree of theoretical and practical knowledge of controlling and accounting;
- Computer literate;
- Good communication skills both written and spoken, both English and Romanian;
- Analytical skills, attention to details, very well organised, learning ability, able to work under pressure, integrity, innovative and creative problem solving work approach, committed to achieve goals, able to maintain strong working relationships with colleagues inside and outside the department.
