??? Collaborates with Senior Managers and other job holders in order to map and describe processes and shape the workflows and management reports;
??? Coordinates the development of the flowchart and management of files;
??? Managerial reporting ??? ensures timely submission, accuracy, consistency and integrity of financial data;
??? Prepares internal and external reports;
??? Develops necessary policies and procedures in Controlling & IT area of activity;
??? Has day-to-day control of all information services requirements;
??? Collaborates with external IT providers and coordinates MIS development and update operations ??? system design, development and implementation;
??? Manages the development and delivery of IT solutions to business needs;
??? Identifies, selects and coordinates the implementation of IT technical solutions in order to contribute to business objectives achievement;
??? Liaises with users and provides technical consultancy across the Company relating to applications, systems software, database or network development;
??? Manages the technical (client server/network) troubleshooting services;
??? Directs and controls the activities related to data planning, development and the establishment of policies and procedures pertaining to database management, security, maintenance and utilization;
??? Sets and monitors IS standards of use.
??? Four/Five-year BS or MS in Economics or Computer sciences;
??? Banking experience or experience in related fields ??? at least 3 years;
??? Experience in controlling, reporting and/or MIS ??? at least 4 years;
??? Managerial experience in controlling, reporting and/or MIS ??? at least 2 years;
??? Experience and MIS and in controlling tools development and implementation in banking field;
??? Deep theoretical and practical knowledge of controlling and MIS;
??? PC skills ??? advanced;
??? English language ??? advanced (written and spoken).
