RESPONSABILITATI

Main objective of job:
Planning and management controlling activities on the customer operations

Main Responsibilities:

1. Development and management the model of controlling for the customer operations;
2. Monitoring and control of cashing process;
3. Reporting activities, in particular regarding financials and main KPI of the market;
4. Preparation of reporting activities to support the Operating Companies and the Group requirements;
5. Monitoring and comparison of actual versus budgeted costs and investigation of potential differences;
6. Performing analysis of customer care results, portfolio analysis, sales channels and comparison with budget and rolling forecast;
7. Performing analysis of receivables and Credit Risk Management;
8. Control over invoicing and post sales process;
9. Handling of the Controlling Module of SAP.

The position implies a strong exposure to internal clients, especially regarding the areas Customer Care, Sales Administration, Sales Channels, Marketing and Financial Accounting.

Other information:
1. Availability to work for additional hours during the monthly/year closing
2. Knowledge of energy market is not important, importance having the commitment for long term employment and learning
3. Continual on-the-job training


CERINTE

Education and studies:
Degree in Economics/Management Engineering.
Professional track record:
1. Previous experience (at least 3 years) in Planning and Controlling Departments within Sales Companies, managing Customer Operations/CRM;
2. Preferably, previous knowledge of the telecommunications market.
Other knowledge and abilities:
1. Excellence knowledge of English, Italian would be a plus
2. Very good command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Power Point functions
3. Knowledge of SAP; knowledge of other ERP systems will be considered an advantage
Personality traits:
The ideal candidate would be a result oriented person and able to meet the deadlines, should also have project management skills, should be team-work player and with a problem solving attitude. It would be a open minded, honest and ethical, trustworthiness, loyalty, dynamic, curious and with a critical vision.
