- Preparation of detailed in-depth reports and yearly forecasts for the management
- Continuous improvement of a customer-/result-oriented reporting system
- Responsible for preparation of the Budget (for the BU) according to the official planning assumptions/ planning schedule (in close cooperation with the business responsible representatives)
- Continuous Improvement of a modern Controlling and Management Information System, that supports the business decisions through focused and contemporary briefing
- Analysis and interpretation of management relevant information within the business unit
- Developing and proposing corrective measures in the case of negative actual/budget deviations; actual/actual deviations
- Ad-hoc reports and compilation of action plans
- Interface to the central accounting system/corporate controlling
- Participation as representative of the controlling department at business unit level projects, as well as company level special projects
- University Degree in Economics or any comparable education
- 2-3 years of experience in the Controlling environment
- Fluency in English and Romanian
- IT-literate (MS-Office is absolutely required, SAP is an advantage)
- Knowledge of cost accounting
- Knowledge of IFRS accounting standards
