A CONTRACT SPECIALIST is Responsible for:
¿ Contract Process - assisting sales representatives during the contract processes by drafting contracts for license and consulting engagements, while ensuring compliance with Oracle guidelines.
¿ Booking Package Process ¿ assisting Sales with the entire booking package process (ordering document, exhibits, agreement and purchasing documentations, signatures on all relevant documents, as well as various other contract related functions).
¿ Customer Service to be delivered to the sales team - Providing professional customer service to sales by drafting quality contracts and releasing in a timely manner, reviewing quotes, and advising sales on Oracle¿s policies and procedures
¿ Interaction with several Oracle departments to provide the highest level of support to sales and help protect Oracle¿s interests: sales, legal, revenue recognition, credit, order administration, ebusiness migrations, license management services, contract management, collections and internal auditors.
¿ Attending training meetings and sessions and interacting professionally with peers and managers.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years management experience, with excellent motivational, communication and organisational skills. Essentially the successful candidate will be responsible for a team of 9 degree qualified ambitious individuals. You will ensure that all order processing is compliant with EU regulations and Oracles Highest Standards.

¿ A university degree in a relevant field
¿ A minimum of 3-years Management experience.
