Coordinates and controls the daily contracts activities
Ensures that all tenders are analyzed at the initial review, negotiation and commitment stages
in terms of contractual and commercial risk in compliance with the company¿s policies and
standards
Serves as leader or primary contact in negotiations with clients and/or subcontractors (together with the Contracts Manager and Operations Manager)
Communicates with all relevant internal participants in the tender / contract process
Establishes and maintains a strong-working relationship with operators and contractors
Promotes awareness of contractual implication and issues amongst Segment personnel
The ideal candidate is a law university graduate
Minimum three years experience in corporate contracting / tendering activities or in a law office
with exposure to international commercial contracting.
Specific experience in the Oil & Gas industry is a distinctive advantage.
The candidate must have strong written and spoken English and strong written German skills.
This challenging position requires a self-motivated and proactive young professional with a solid amount of mature creativity.
Excellent communication skills as well as analytical thinking and attention to details are also key issues in the candidates¿ personality.
He / she should also be very responsible, self-confident, hard working and results-oriented.
