The license Migration team is responsible for supporting sales by preparing the migration proposals if Oracle customers want to migrate their existing licensing into the latest licensing types.
The EMEA e-Business License Migration team supports the local migration team in the various countries in EMEA, by analyzing the current license set.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reports to the Migrations Manager
- Acting as an analytical expert
- Delivery of License Migration Data to the country migration teams
- Works closely with all the local eBusiness Migration teams
- Comprehensive & accurate research of customer contracts
- Organize Reports
- Validation of invoice payment
- Develop knowledge of Oracle Policies and systems
- Demonstrate the aptitude necessary for using and applying Oracle’s migration related tools
- Demonstrate the ability to generate new ideas and to master new and/or revised policies/processes quickly.
- Exhibit an aptitude for finding creative solutions to non-standard migration issues
- Develop and assist in documenting standard migration processes
Good English and German knowledge – must
Strong attention to detail
Solid analytical and decision making skills
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently and resolve complex problems
Desire to work in a changing environment under tight deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication
Intermediate PC skills; Microsoft Word and Excel
Working knowledge of Oracle’s prior contractual models is a plus
Familiarity with Oracle Applications is a plus
