Being responsible, in liaison with the Water Sector Manager, with the creation and implementation of development strategies and plans for Water and Power Business Group in Romania which reflects the varying needs of clients and fully exploits the business opportunities in the country market place;
Seeking, developing and sustaining relationships with key players in local framework in the procurement area;
Ensuring that the quality of bids is maintained according to our client’s standards;
Managing the bid preparation budget and reporting periodically to Water Sector Manager on budget availability;
Collecting information from the market with respect to competitors, prices, etc.. and prepares market indicators to help positioning our client on the market;
Developing contacts with potential partners and clients and participates to negotiations with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
University degree in Civil Engineering or Energetics is a plus;
Minimum 3 years in using public procurement procedures EU or Romanian and a minimum of 2 years in bidding process;
Computer literate: minimum MS Office Word and Excel;
Solid knowledge of English language spoken and written,
