CERINTE

Education and professional experience

- University diploma, Economic and Engineering Studies would be a plus;

- At least 3-5 years experience in a client manager position;

- At least 2 years experience in managing real estate accounts.

Professional skills:

- Can understand a leasing product, in detail and is able to talk to clients about the services part of a leasing product.

- Has a general knowledge regarding the property rights over real estates (land and building/construction) and is capable of reading a land register, knows the various types of rights and encumbrances, is aware of their possible implication when discussing a sale and purchase agreement, is generally aware of the validity signatory conditions and knows to identify legal entity and signatory power.

- Can calculate interest rates, can explain the impact of different computations to the client, and can carry out leasing related computations.

- Has general knowledge of tax and accountancy and is able to calculate depreciation, fixed assets, debit; can calculate the proportion of equity capital actively, is able to examine the work charged.

- Can assure the constant monitor of: invoices, warranty periods, planed costs and actual costs; is able to provide options in case the expenses exceed the budget, keeps track of the differences between invoices for partial performance and accounts settlements, can carry out formal checks of invoices.

- Is familiar with various types of insurances and can determine which appropriate insurances must be taken.

- Knows specific IT systems and functionalities: SAP, MS-Excel and Word.

- Language: very good English, both written and spoken.

- Knowledge of German is an advantage.
Personal qualifications:

- Internal project management: promote a project, able to identify the necessary people to involve and at the right time,

- External project management: able to guide the client through the process and structure the negotiation,

- Individual approach on things but open to ask for second opinion or advise when the case;

- Not afraid to admit a mistake and has a learn from your mistake attitude;

- Able to work with several projects at the same time,

- Solutions oriented person.
