As a manager to the Contracts team you will be responsible for managing a team of Contracts Specialists whose responsibilities include:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working as a partner with Sales Representatives and Managers in Oracle, the Contracts Manager ensures standard and non standard transactions are quoted and booked in compliance with Oracle's Business Practices.
Drafting and processing standard direct and indirect ordering documents for products and services
Drafting and processing various types of license assignments
Understanding and applying current business practices, pricing policies, revenue recognition policies, migration policies, and current sales compensation guidelines
Understanding and keeping up to date with the systems & applications used by Oracle
Training and testing on policies and procedures to ensure and demonstrate our ability to remain current with all the changes within Oracle and outside of Oracle
Understanding your local country business requirements whilst meeting the Corporation¿s global and divisional policies.
Contract Process - assisting sales representatives during the contract processes by drafting contracts for license or consulting engagements, while ensuring compliance with Oracle guidelines
Booking Order Package Process ¿ assisting Sales with the entire booking package process (ordering document, exhibits, agreement and purchasing documentations, signatures on all relevant documents, as well as various other contract related functions)
Customer Service to be delivered to the sales team - Providing professional customer service to sales by drafting quality contracts and releasing in a timely manner, reviewing quotes, and advising sales on Oracle¿s policies and procedures
Interaction with several Oracle departments to provide the highest level of support to sales and help protect Oracle¿s interests: sales, legal, revenue recognition, credit, order administration, ebusiness migrations, license management services, contract management, collections and internal auditors
Attending training meetings and sessions and interacting professionally with peers and managers.


CERINTE

Fluency in English is a must
University degree
Minimum of 2 years experience in a people management role.
Strong people management skills
Strong mathematical aptitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organized and detail oriented.
Excellent computer skills (e.g. MS Word, Excel, Adobe, PowerPoint, and Oracle Applications)
Excellent conflict resolution skills in high demanding sales environment
Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound judgment under pressure
Ability to work well with other organizations in a team environment.
Ability to handle and keep up with constant changes to products, policies, procedures, and people.
Ability to multi-task, including juggling and prioritizing numerous contracts and issues at the same time, often under strict time constraints.
Ability to maintain composure despite tight deadlines and high demand environment
Ability to communicate effectively and calmly.
Flexibility in work schedule, including availability during evenings, weekends and major holidays.
