• Contract compliance, contract interpretation, set up and maintenance of contract management processes
• Work with the engagement team and/or another Contract Managers in different countries to establish the contract management procedures, tools and methodologies to implement the contract in accordance with its terms
• Be actively involved in the contract change request process
• Managing subcontract/third-party agreement development and administration
• Ensuring protection of intellectual property
• Interface with other Legal professionals in various countries to provide seamless service
• University Degree in Law
• 4+ years of experience in contract law, contract management or procurement area (ideal is combination of legal background/contract/project management and finance experience)
• Experience with IT & outsourcing contracts (business process, application, infrastructure outsourcing)
• Experience in working for global company
• Experience in working in multicultural and multi language environment
• Ability to interact with all management levels, including upper-level client staff
• Proficiency in using Microsoft office applications Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Business sense
• Excellent organizational, analytical and communications skills
• Fluent English (written and spoken incl. legal English) is mandatory
• Fluent knowledge of at least one more language e.g. German, Italian, Russian or French (written, spoken incl. legal terminology and ability to draft contracts in these languages) is mandatory
