Our job opportunity is a chance to expand your knowledge in an international company activating on the FMCG market, on a position of
CONTRACT EXECUTION COORDINATOR,
responsible for:
processes involved in the contract execution and contract execution coordination (work – flow distribution, team coordination, planning, execution and control of the movement, placement and quality of the goods)
ensuring effective cost control within budgets and resources utilization, reduce quantity loss during storage, manipulation and transport
ensuring correct and accurate information input into data-base, cost distribution on the inventories, correspondence and invoice registration
proposing, implementing and respecting risk mitigating and SOX compliance procedures in line with company policies
ensuring communication and connection with and among several departments in the company, such as: Execution and Logistic team members, Traders, Plant , Finance Department, Laboratories, Suppliers, Customers, Warehouse & Stock keepers, Auditors, etc.
The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:
Bachelor degree and minimum 5 years relevant experience (experience in agribusiness is a MUST)
English Language –very good –spoken & written
PC skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Internet Explorer, Lotus Notes, Sharp)
results orientation
numerical skills
ability to find creative solutions, good resistance to stress, team player but also leadership skilled
