CONTRACT/ DATA SPECIALIST (6 months)

Role Purpose
To review, understand and deliver to the COLS Field / Oracle Direct a clear set of reports detailing Oracle customers license grant. The individuals must be comfortable studying license information, analyzing and interpreting. The more experienced will be able to interpret an Oracle Server Worksheet, compare this with the customers license grant and report back the license status of the customer.

Scope
· Reports to COLS Tech Sales Director
· Works as part of the country and/or regional COLS Group
· Works in assigned segments
· Works to objectives set by COLS Sales Director
· Works closely with License Sales, Presales, Finance, Support, Contract Specialists, Business Practices, and Oracle Customers

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Acting as the expert in Oracle license documentation and grant
-Provide COLS with cost estimates for migrations
- Working with COLS field team & customers to understand usage of Oracle Programs
-Contacting and communicating with customers by formal letter, email and by phone during the review activity
-Recording, documenting and analyzing data provided by customers
-Producing formal written review statements for COLS field team
-Generating status reports as required by the COLS field team
-Articulating Oracle’s licensing practices to both internal and external parties
-Strong understanding of Oracle license reporting systems so as to gain quick access to license info
-Ability to run and interpret license/migration reports

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
-Drive to contribute to 100% referencable customer satisfaction at every engagement
-Responsibility for the Campaign process from initiation to closure working at all levels within the customer and COLS
-Work with COLS to drive required resolution of any issues as required
-Maintain an update knowledge of COLS / BP and LMS processes and the relevant Oracle practices and procedures
-Present and write other documentation as required
-Build and maintain relationships across Oracle LOBs and at all levels within customers/partners
-Operate in line with Oracle’s processes and procedures
