Role and objectives

The Contract Administrator assists the Contract Admin department in processing data in various systems used for contract administration. She/He is responsible for operational excellence, customer satisfaction within their dedicated tasks.

She/He is particularly focused on the data entered in the systems, as well as on the feedback of the customers, supported Front Offices and Sales people and the local delivery and finance organization. Furthermore, as per agreed SLA¿s, she/he will have to meet deadlines for every specific task.

Main tasks
¿ Operational Excellence:
- Ensuring that data entry is performed as per given process
- Ensuring that internal partner inputs are considered and taken care of
- Ensuring a close relationship with the local Front Offices
- Ensuring that mandatory trainings are covered on time
- Operational review

¿ Customer Satisfaction
- On-time quote & contract delivery as per the SLA
- Accurate processing of requests
- Proactively clean up of errors, trying to avoid reactive resolution


Specific tasks:
- Creation of quotations
- Upfront registration
- Setup of support contracts
- Ongoing contracts changes
- Order booking
- Reporting
