Working on partner orders for Austrian and Romanian market ¿ sole responsibility for orders below 2K USD
Quoting standard direct orders
Liaising with partners and sales representatives to obtain all information needed (approvals, credit checks, signatures etc.)
Ensuring compliance of orders with corporate Business Practices requirements
Scanning completed orders into Global Imaging System
Answering order related queries
Be in touch with the local BP staff in respective countries (regular conference calls, emails)
Ad hoc projects as required
Pro-active self-starter with keen interest in Business Practices
Responsible, organized, and structured approach to work
Result oriented, assertive, and communicative
Ability to work in a global team
Very good oral and written English and German
Romanian would be a definite plus
MS Office required
