Role and objectives

The Contract is responsible for keeping the systems up-to-date from a contract administration stand point, customer entitlement and invoicing. She/He is responsible for operational excellence, customer satisfaction within their dedicated tasks.
The measures are the quality of the data in the systems, which is being checked by error reporting, the feedback of the central IPSO Administration team, the feedback of the customers, the supported countries and the local delivery organization. Furthermore deadlines for every specific task has to be respected.

What is ¿IPSO¿?
IPSO stands for Imaging and Printing Services Organization. This is a department in HP taking care of support contracts containing printers and accessories.
Our customers are based all over Europe.

Main tasks
¿ Operational Excellence:
- ensure that data entry is performed as per given process
- ensure that internal partner inputs are considered and taken care of
- ensure that close relationship to IPSO Admin Germany is kept
- ensure that mandatory trainings are covered on time
- operational review
- internal survey results
- error reporting
¿ Customer Satisfaction
- On-time contract registration
- Clear up errors without waiting for delivery inputs, try to avoid reactive resolution
- Active relationship management with stakeholders

Specific tasks:
-pre-registration of contracts
-final registration of contracts
-ongoing contracts changes
-operational review


CERINTE

- Fast learner, very well organized person, able to meet strict deadlines.
- experience in SAP (at least 1 yr), preferable in the Contract Administration area would be a plus
- Total professional experience of at leat 2 years is required
- Good communication skills and good interpersonal skills
- Good written and oral skills in English
- Good written and oral skills in a second language: French, Italian, German or Spanish
- Experience of working with PC and tools like Outlook, Excel, Word, Internet Explorer
- Good team player
- Customer and Quality orientation
- Stress resistant
