Main tasks:
Operational Excellence:
- ensure that data entry is performed as per given process
- ensure that internal partner inputs are considered and taken care of
- ensure that close relationship to Front-office Admin teams is kept
- ensure that mandatory trainings are covered on time
- operational review
- internal survey results
- error reporting

Customer Satisfaction
- contract registration
- Support quotation process
- Clear up errors without waiting for delivery inputs, try to avoid reactive resolution
- Active relationship management with stakeholders

Specific tasks:
-registration of contracts
-final registration of contracts
-ongoing contracts changes
- handling of renewal process for the customer
-operational review


CERINTE

Our perfect candidate has:
- Economical or engineering background
- Total professional experience of at least 1 year
- Customer oriented with demonstrated written and spoken English skills
- Quality and details oriented with high analytical skills
- A computer literate — Microsoft Package (particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, Internet Explorer)
- Fast learner, very well organized person, able to meet strict deadlines.
- Organizational and interpersonal skills
- A person interested in back office work
- Good written and oral skills in a second language: French is a plus
