RESPONSABILITATI

The Contract Administrator assists the central IPSO Admin department in entering data into various systems used for contract administration, entitlement and possibly invoicing. She/He is responsible for operational excellence, customer satisfaction within their dedicated tasks.

Main tasks

Operational Excellence:

- ensure that data entry is performed as per given process

- ensure that internal partner inputs are considered and taken care of

- ensure that close relationship to IPSO Admin central is kept to

- ensure that 'mandatory' trainings are covered on time

Customer Satisfaction

- on-time contract registration

- pro-active involvement of delivery if data is missing

- clear up errors without waiting for delivery inputs, try to avoid reactive resolution

- active relationship management with stakeholders


CERINTE

Skills needed for the job:

- Good written and oral skills in English and German/ French/ Italian

- Experience of working with PC and tools like Excel, Word, Internet Explorer

- Good team player reliability and quality orientation

- TCE and Quality orientation

- stress resistant

- good fit to existing contract admin team

- good communication skills

- Experience from sales or support environment
