- Identify improvement opportunities targeting losses reduction mainly in manufacturing processes;
- Use performance indicators benchmarking across affiliates and cluster in order to set local objectives regarding loss reduction;
- Define, agree, coordinate and measure the implementation plan together with process owners and monitor progress;
- Ensure that improvement activities are in line with company objectives and developments are realized at optimum cost level;
- Support the budget cycle preparation and Operations Long Range Plan by addressing the key areas of improvements;
- Instill and develop the continuous improvement culture throughout the organization;
- Provide coaching to production floor personnel ensuring consistent use of best fit methodologies;
- Ensure that all company policy, instructions, ISO 9001 & 14001 requirements, applicable legal and statutory rules are respected during initiatives implementation.
- University Degree in Engineering;
- 2 years experience in production planning and process improvement in a manufacturing environment;
- Strong planning and organizing skills, ability to manage several projects simultaneously;
- Strong analytical thinking, ability to conceptualize;
- Numerical skills and information seeking abilities;
- Powerful achievement orientation;
- Strong interpersonal understanding;
- High concern for order and quality;
- Capability to coach and lead others together with strong presentation skills;
- Good knowledge of MS Office and understanding of ERP
- Fluent in English.
