Banner management is a central solution which allows central operation of web campaigns by targeting online advertisement within HP.com Websites & Websections. With this solution we enable the business to do specific scheduling of campaigns and regular rotation of banners, links - all without having to change code. It also enables reporting and ever-changing fresh look and feel to visitors.
EasyBuy is a flexible central solution to bring together actual pricing information with product pages to drive traffic towards online stores (HP & Partner) according to the business model in the country.
A Content Administrator Banner/EZbuy is responsible for the day to day operations within a Global Delivery Team located in Mexico, India and Bucharest. Working in this “Follow the sun team approach” he/she will be ensure 24x5 (+weekend on call) correct pricing and strategic banner campaign targeting.
He/She is being responsible that all submitted Banner/EasyBuy tickets & upcoming issues/questions from the Country, Business & Segment web managers are handled within a timely and quality manner. Within the EasyBuy project the Content Administrator will be support new country deployments
- Bachelor's (undergraduate) degree/Computer Science or equivalent
- Technical knowledge (focus on database, web programming, hosting & principles required)
- strong quality, customer facing skills
- analytical problem-solving skills
- High flexibility
- willingness to participate in non-standard working-time models (e.g. shift, call availability at weekend)
- able to work in an Virtual Team Environment across several time zones
- Team player - ability and willingness to work with various teams in the support area as well as to work independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding of fast changing business needs and able to convert them into day to day requests to serve customers needs
- Ability to work with different countries & languages
- beneath mother tongue, English an additional European language preferred
- e-commerce background preferred
