RESPONSABILITATI

The Content Administrator is responsible to execute the Content Managements activities for his/hers designated region, by populating Crystal with chunks for all products in the concerned business, with the expected quality (time, completeness, accuracy).
To do this, he/she relies on the work prepared by the Content Specialist:
- Execute Content Management activities respecting the planning;
- Work closely with the Content Specialist to ensure overall planning and tasks execution;
- Escalate to Content Specialist in case of problem;
- Execute Quality defined tasks;
- Control consistency between business rules and NPI;
- Follow the planning prepared by the Content Specialist;
- Execute the processes validated by the Content Specialist and approved by the Operation manager;
- Initiate Crystal, collaborate in the data acquisition, data validation and translation & localization;
- Report immediately to his/hers Content Specialist all the problems he plans, especially:
- Quality problem (strange of suspect content);
- Lack of responsiveness from a stakeholder (support, business, Product Manager);
- Delay in any aspect (Translation Request, content validation);
- Absence plan.
- Report to the Content Specialist the new needs (new functionalities, development);
- Use Crystal report to check the content quality.


CERINTE

- Bachelor’s or undergraduate degree in Information Systems or Content Management;
- Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook);
- Fluency in English and excellent communication skills both verbal & written;
- Technical sensibility (database, content, web) is a plus;
- Self motivated, enthusiastic and able to work under pressure unsupervised;
- Organized, able to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks;
- Team work, ability to multitask and to effectively and creatively solve problems;
- Rigor, accuracy and flexibility.
