RESPONSABILITATI

- manages all inquiry form the clients (phone call, email, mail, fax), inbound and outbound
- troubleshooting activities
- issues documents
- uses IT systems for policy administration
- assists customers in using IT system
- has a key role in delivering services according to contractually agreed levels


CERINTE

- university graduated
- very good English and Italian language skills (written and spoken)
- customer service skills
- ability to use an IT System in English/Italian
- ability to use Windows and MS Office
- basic knowledge of insurance principles/terms
- available to work in shifts
- French or Spanish language skills are considered an advantage
