RESPONSABILITATI

Direct Report to the Marketing Manager;
Coordinates the agents at the Call Center;
Order creation, order follow-up;
Continuous Customer Relation with different countries;
Supply Chain Coordination with different Warehouses;
Providing statistical / data;


CERINTE

University Graduate and experience in a similar position;
English knowledge (advanced level);
Other East European Countries languages (mother tongue);
Italian would also be preferable;
One of the Economic, Language, Customer Orientation skills;
Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
Good knowledge of SAP use;
Ability to work under pressure and meet the deadlines;
Strong analytical skills;
Experience in coordinating teams;
Strong communicational skills;
Capability to train and motivate the agents.
